Paul MacPhail
Paul MacPhail is known for his leadership style and team building abilities. As President and Chief Operating Officer at Uno Restaurant Holdings, Paul led the overall strategic direction of Uno including business and brand development. Through his leadership the company evolved from a "pizzeria" into a true full-service casual dining restaurant brand that has received national recognition and success. Today, there are over 200 Uno restaurants in thirty-three states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Dubai and South Korea.

After leaving Uno, Paul served as Chairman and CEO of Centerplate, Inc., a publicly traded contract food service provider with revenues exceeding $550 million. In 2006 he left Centerplate to pursue his entrepreneurial passions of building his own firm. Today he successfully manages and operates a private hedge fund and is passionately committed to developing and building world class companies. Paul is a graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a Masters in Business Administration.
